MEET OUR INSTITUTE FOUNDERS

Pariksith Singh, M.D.

Pariksith Singh, M.D. is board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Singh received his medical education at Sawai Man Singh Medical College in Rajasthan, India (where he was awarded honors in Internal Medicine and Physiology). Upon completion of his residency in New York at Mt Sinai Elmhurst Services in 1996, he relocated to Florida and worked for several years before establishing Access Health Care, LLC in 2001. Today, Access Health Care is one of the largest Management Service Organizations and Multi-Specialty Physician Practices in Florida. In 2004, Dr Singh founded a health maintenance organization (HMO) known as Optimum Health Care, Inc. which is today one of the biggest HMOs in the state of Florida.

Salman Muddassir, MD, FACP

Salman Muddassir, MD, FACP has been actively conducting clinical research for the past 20 years. Throughout his academic career, he has been actively engaged in clinical trials both as a Sub-Investigator and Principal Investigator, collaborating actively with multiple investigator and sponsor-led studies. His research interests encompass a wide spread spectrum of diseases especially Alzheimer’s Disease, Diabetes, Heart Failure, NASH, Multiple Sclerosis and COVID. He is currently the Program Director of Internal Medicine at HCA/Morsani College of Medicine GME/Oak Hill Hospital. He teaches evidence-based medicine, research analysis and phase 1, 2, 3 and 4 trials, GCP training and has been on the board of multiple IRBs.

Yasir Butt, B.S, MT

Yasir Butt is a highly experienced research professional with over two decades of experience in research drug development. Yasir has worked in every aspect of research from 21 CFR part 58 GLP studies and GCP research Phase 1-4 studies for multinational pharmaceutical companies. Mr. Butt has also spearheaded decentralization of trials at a national level at major CROs. Mr Butt has also extensively worked with major CROs like IQVIA, PRA, PPD, Covance and many others. He has collaborated in developing therapies for Alcon labs such as Tobradex®, RETAANE® and Olopatadine®. Bioanalytical project manager for Sarepta therapeutics Exondys 51®, Janssen pharma, Spravato®, and many more therapies. Quality, compliance and excellence in service is what drives Yasir to always present the client-centric approach with quality and compliance.
